Having been exposed to various domains and industries during my career, I have come to believe that there is lot of "waste" in all systems. This comes in all shapes and sizes. It can be manufacturing waste, supply chain inefficiencies, non-productive workflow steps, food waste etc... minor improvements to any system (process) with singular focus on removing 'waste' can result in holistic gains for all parties.
My strength is connecting dots... I like to read any or every thing related to science and technology. While ruminating on my new found knowledge, I try to connect different solutions to existing problem sets.
Overdue Innovations
Solutions customized for individuals - Several industries offer tools and services (like online education, Banking, Mental Health) which can be accessed from multiple devices as per our convenience. Where they all fail is that they still believe in 'pre-fabricated' and 'static' offerings. I agree its easier to manage customer who fit in defined categories but if we enable end user customization, we will earn customer loyalty.
